‘How has Covid-19 shaped your experience?’ this was the question we asked members of the community of the University of York in order to help us understand the equality impact both through the challenges and opportunities of the pandemic.

In 2021, we invited our community members to share their stories of the Covid-19 pandemic in a creative way through art, photography, music, film or poetry with the aim of listening to and understanding other points of view. We received a diverse range of submissions which are displayed in our gallery below.

We would like to thank all our contributors for taking part in this project.
